I loved location and atmosphere here. The breakfast was included.
-
My favorite property in New York City. Loved staff and food.
-
Luxurious hotel, well-appointed rooms, good area. Onsite authentic restaurant was good with welcoming staff.
-
good stay in this hotel. greatly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant avere ristorante, no need to go somewhere else. send regards to bellman.

Super subway connection. Brooklyn is a great neighborhood with great views of the Manhattan skyline. Bars and restaurants, shopping around the corner. The airport JKF can be reached easily and quickly by subway. The WLAN is (meanwhile) free of charge!
-
Room of adequate size. Super location .3 subway stations around the corner. Utility shops close by
Relatively small swimming pool and a spa with limited functionality. Heard renovated. Day and night the hum of the air conditioning on the roof of the neighboring house. But that's just the way it is in a big city.
-
Located in Brooklyn Downtown, all relevant subway stations can be reached within 5 minutes! Very colorful environment, good shops and Delis.
-
good location, comfortable beds and very clean. Explore good hotel for NYC and Brooklyn.
-
Good location and very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms, value for money for New York area absolutely fine
The lobby area was cramped and just a Starbucks for breakfast. Construction work was in progress and quite loud in the lobby area
-
Location.
There's no minibar.
-
Sheraton has the best beds.
the location was not the best,a cleaner side of Brooklyn would have been ideal
-
Extremely clean and sumptiously comfortable room, especially the bed

The Hotel was very accessible (via walking) to many areas around Brooklyn- as well as providing easy access to Manhattan--the staff were quite helpful and polite--and the beds in the room were simply amazingly comfortable!! We especially liked the easy WiFi access in the lobby and the pristine cleanliness of the entire hotel!
I can't honestly saw that I disliked anything about the hotel----things seemed a bit highly priced (in the restaurant, for instance), but everything was delicious, so I guess it was worth it! We will definitely come back to this hotel if the opportunity presents itself and we would recommend it to others, without reservation.

Good size room, most comfortable beds i've slept in, hygene and cleanliness excellent, has a pool and a gym, room service very good, nice food, staff very helpful. If you're ok with the subways for all your travel during your stay this hotel has three subways close by, and a weekly subway ticket is $30.
Yellow cabs in ny dont like going to brooklyn, a single trip from the city will cost $40-$50. The area that the hotel is located in is quite run down, - we were concerned about using the subway late at nite ie after 10.30pm - but getting a taxi was tricky and expensive, so we ended up using the subway at nite anyway, we were a bit nervous, but we had no problems and people were helpful with directions. - Ask at reception for the local map of brooklyn it will help with directions.

The friendliness of staff and their willingness to engage in conversation. The location so close to the Brooklyn Bridge even though some parts close to the hotel were rather seedy. However in saying that we did not feel at risk. The room allocated on both occasions were clean, bright and airy. The beds were particularly comfortable. We used the dinning room on three occasions and found the food to be good, well cooked and presented and flavoursome. Staff were attentive. The hotel will I think go from strength to strength and I will when returning to ny chose to stay there again.
