During my stay, I appreciated the modern design and accessibility features of the hotel, making it easy to navigate. However, I encountered issues with the water pressure in the shower, which fluctuated significantly. The dining options were sufficient, though improvement in breakfast quality would enhance the experience.

More fun than I expected!
My stay exceeded expectations! The location is stellar, with easy subway access, and the staff were genuinely friendly. The room was comfortable, perfect for a short trip. I appreciated the nearby dining options and the charming café in the lobby. For a good price, you can't ask for much more during your NYC adventure!

Good for a getaway but not cheap
The staff were friendly and helpful I got a nice room with a comfy bed that helped me to rest after a long day I was impressed with how clean my room was it was like they had a team ready just for me.
It definitely cost a pretty penny but I guess you get what you pay for.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to subway stations. Room cleanliness was lacking, and the musty smell in my room was unsettling. They offer bicycle rentals, which is a nice touch for exploring. Valet parking fees are high and not very convenient for guests with multiple trips.

The central location offered easy access to subway lines and made exploring the area convenient. However, the room was too close to a rooftop club, and the loud music extended well past midnight. Additionally, the breakfast area fell short of expectations, with paper plates and cups and no trash bins available.

The king size bed offered a quiet and comfortable environment, perfect after long days of wandering. The hotel enjoys quick access to subway stations, making it easy to explore the area without the chaos of Manhattan.
The initial room we got had some frustrating issues—like a safe that didn't work and a mattress that sloped, which made me wonder if I'd signed up for a sleep study. I also ran into trouble with the parking fees, which at $45 a day felt steep, especially when street parking around the area basically requires a miracle. Additionally, running low on water on my last day caught me off guard. it's something I wouldn't expect in a place that touts quality. The absence of microwaves in rooms is a minor inconvenience for those planning to heat up leftovers. Overall, minor hiccups, but they add up to a not-so-great experience.
